There was an old episode of man vs wild on and it was one of the best ever. Bear was in Siberia and he had a deer that he said he was going to use but he didn’t say what for. He cut off the leg and said it would make a good walking stick. He held the top of the bone and dug the hoof into the snow. He definitely could have used a stick but the deer leg looked way more awesome. He then went into full on macguyver mode and used the skin from the deer to make a sledge. This was clearly just for fun. He dived under the ice on purpose to “demonstrate” what to do if it happened to you. I blame people complaining about him staying in a hotel. Since then he has to nearly kill himself every episode. Probably more entertaining now though.
